How It Works
The Human-AI Collaboration Loop
Human4AI creates a seamless bridge between autonomous agents and human judgment. Here is how a typical task flows through our system.
Step 1: Agent Request
Your AI agent encounters a situation requiring human judgment (e.g., "Is this image safe?" or "Approve this transaction"). It calls the Human4AI MCP tool `request_human_input`.
Step 2: Routing & Prioritization
The Human4AI platform receives the request, validates the schema, and routes it to the appropriate operator pool based on skills, availability, and priority rules.
Step 3: Human Review
A human operator receives the task in the "Percept" dashboard. They review the context, make a decision, or provide the requested information using a streamlined interface.
Step 4: Response & Continuation
The human's response is validated and sent back to the AI agent via the MCP connection. The agent receives the result as a tool output and continues its execution flow.
Privacy & Isolation
We employ a strict isolation model. Agents never access operator PII, and operators only see the specific context provided in the task packet. All data in transit is encrypted, and sensitive fields can be automatically redacted before reaching human eyes.
Quality Assurance
Our "Consensus Mode" allows critical tasks to be routed to multiple operators simultaneously. The system aggregates responses and only returns a result when a consensus threshold is met, ensuring high-fidelity outputs for sensitive decisions.
